Description

You will administer and maintain the organization's virtual infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage VMware vSphere, vCenter Server, and ESXi hosts.
• Perform daily administration and monitoring of the virtual environment, ensuring performance and uptime.
• Manage VMware clusters, resource allocations, DRS, HA, vMotion, and storage connectivity.
• Implement and maintain backup, snapshot, and disaster recovery processes for VMs.
• Troubleshoot issues related to hosts, virtual machines, storage, and networking.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi administration.
• Solid grasp of networking concepts: VLANs, virtual switches, load balancing, and firewall rules.
• Understanding of storage technologies (SAN/NAS), iSCSI, NFS, and datastores.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools (vROPS or equivalent).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex server and VM issues independently.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
