Description

You will support and implement agency IT system infrastructure within a medium to large-scale enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day support, research, analysis, and implementation of VMware and Windows systems.
• Perform OS upgrades, software patch installation, and system testing.
• Execute VMware maintenance, including VM tools and hardware compatibility updates.
• Configure, validate, and troubleshoot SAN technology attached to VMware infrastructure.
• Translate user requests into actionable technical tasks for VMware or Windows environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with VMware maintenance, VM tools updates, and hardware compatibility.
• 7+ years of experience with Windows Server 2012 or higher, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• 7+ years of experience performing OS upgrades and patching in Windows environments.
• 7+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale enterprise server environments.
• 7+ years of experience writing and working with PowerShell scripts.
• 7+ years of experience configuring and troubleshooting SAN technology integrated with VMware.
• 7+ years of experience working with standard server networking protocols.
• 7+ years of experience translating user requirements into technical infrastructure tasks.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience using WSUS for updates and maintenance.
