Description

Design and implement enterprise-scale cloud-native architectures across multi-cloud and on-premises environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-native architectures using VMware vSphere, vSAN, CNF, NSX/AVI, Site Recovery Manager, and Release Automation.
• Provide technical leadership for platform building and lead teams of developers and infrastructure engineers.
• Define DevSecOps best practices and guide DevOps teams on IaC, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and infrastructure as code.
• Architect multi-cloud deployments spanning AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premise infrastructure.
• Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and governance for workloads to ensure scalability, security, and observability.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in server, virtualization, networking, and storage domains.
• Proven experience in the role of Architect on live projects.
• Deep technical expertise in VMware environments.
• Hands-on experience with IaaS and CaaS.
• Proficiency with OpenShift.
• Multi-cloud knowledge including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices.
• Ability to align VMware solutions with business and IT objectives through stakeholder collaboration.
