Description

Design and implement VMware workloads on AWS, ensuring scalability and adherence to industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for VMware workloads on AWS to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Execute Proof of Concept (POC) development in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop integrations between VMware and AWS services to manage data flow and workload migration.
• Build automation tools and scripts for provisioning, scaling, and managing workloads.
• Optimize performance and maintain detailed technical documentation and design blueprints.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in cloud and virtualization architecture.
• Deep expertise in VMware technologies including vSphere, NSX, and vSAN.
• Strong proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, and IAM.
• Hands-on experience with Python and PowerShell for automation.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools Terraform and CloudFormation (CFT).
• Practical knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures and workload migration strategies.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Solutions Architect or VMware certifications.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
