Description

You will manage and maintain VMware Cloud Foundation and vSphere environments across distributed infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer VMware vSphere 7.x and 8.x products including SDDC, AutoDeploy, NSX, VUM, SRM, vCenter, and ESXi.
• Manage hardware lifecycles, installation, and maintenance for HPE and Dell rack mount and blade systems using HPE OneView and Dell OpenManage.
• Configure and support vDS, VVols, vSAN, and Kubernetes environments.
• Collaborate with geo-dispersed teams to ensure operational continuity and ITIL compliance.
• Execute audit and compliance tasks within healthcare industry frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in VMware administration and infrastructure management.
• Deep knowledge of vSphere 7.x and 8.x ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with vSAN, VVols, and vDS.
• Experience managing Kubernetes within VMware environments.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, JavaScript, or Ruby.
• Experience with HPE OneView and Dell OpenManage.
• Background working within the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with ITIL audit and compliance processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
