Lead software systems design, development, and integration for complex platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead software systems engineers and development partners through solution design, coding, testing, and integration.
• Manage relationships with internal and outsourced development partners to ensure design compliance and quality.
• Drive the integration of new technologies into the software systems design organization.
• Mentor less-experienced staff and review project activities to mitigate failure risk.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software systems design and architecture.
• Proficiency in Go or Python.
• Experience architecting, implementing, monitoring, and supporting micro-services for SaaS offerings.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience developing for public cloud environments including VMware, AWS, and Azure.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps concepts.
• Experience designing and integrating software systems running on multiple platform types.

Preferred Skills

• Prior development experience on SaaS solutions featuring customer and admin interfaces.
• Experience working across India and US geographical boundaries.
