Description

You will manage and support enterprise virtualization, Windows, and Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer VMware ESXi 7 and vCenter environments, including deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Manage Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019) and Linux distributions including RHEL, Ubuntu, and CentOS.
• Execute patch management using Puppet and WSUS to ensure compliance with schedules.
• Maintain HPE GreenLake hardware, including firmware updates and resource optimization.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation across Windows, Linux, and VMware systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system administration.
• Advanced knowledge of VMware ESXi 7, vSAN, and vSphere features.
• Proficiency with Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019) and Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS).
• Hands-on experience with Puppet and WSUS for patch management.
• Experience managing HPE GreenLake hardware infrastructure.
• Practical knowledge of vulnerability management frameworks and tools like Nessus or Qualys.
• Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
• Strong communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE).
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-104).
