Description

You will manage and maintain virtualized infrastructure across VMware, Nutanix, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, patch, and upgrade Nutanix, Cisco UCS, vCenters, ESXi, and Virtual Machines.
• Manage vSphere features including HA, DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion, Update Manager, and vSAN.
• Execute VM commissioning and decommissioning using vRA and manage VM template hardening.
• Handle Sev-1 incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and meet SLA requirements for submission.
• Configure Zerto for DR tests and planned recoveries.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Windows, VMware, and Nutanix environments.
• Hands-on experience with vROPS, Log Insight, and Network Insight.
• Proficiency in log analysis, user privilege management, SSO, and security hardening.
• Experience managing AWS EC2 and Azure VMs.
• Practical knowledge of Software/Hardware RAID and physical servers (HPE, Cisco UCS).
• Experience with backup and restore processes for vCenters.
• Ability to automate regular tasks through scripting.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of NSX-T and HCX migrations.
• VMware, Nutanix, or AWS/Azure Cloud certifications.
