Description

You will provide technical support and maintenance for VMware infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain vSphere, vCenter, NSX, vRealize, and Tanzu environments.
• Diagnose and resolve complex Level 2 and Level 3 technical incidents.
• Collaborate with technical teams and external suppliers to address infrastructure issues.
• Manage VMware product lifecycles with autonomy and rigor.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a VMware engineering role.
• Hands-on expertise with vSphere and vCenter.
• Practical experience with NSX and vRealize.
• Working knowledge of VMware Tanzu.
• Proven ability to handle Level 2/3 technical support escalations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Active VMware Certification.
