Description

You will manage and support the VMware infrastructure environment, handling ITSM tickets and server administration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage VMware-related ITSM tickets using ServiceNow.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers.
• Provide support for VMware ESX/vSphere and vCenter.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• Expertise in vCloud Director.
• Experience with VMware Guests, Templates, and OVFs.
• Proficiency with vMotion and DRS.
• Experience with VMware vRealize Suite.
• Command-line administration for Windows and Linux servers.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for ITSM processes.
• General knowledge of VMware technologies.

• Any Graduate education.
