Description

You will manage and maintain VMware Cloud Foundation environments and their integrated components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure VCF components including vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and SDDC Manager.
• Execute Workload Domain creation and host augmentation in clusters using JSON scripts.
• Perform upgrades for SDDC Manager, vCenter, NSX-T, and ESXi.
• Manage vulnerability remediation, certificate replacement, and disk expansion across the stack.
• Troubleshoot Linux OS issues, network pools, and SDDC Manager lifecycle management tasks.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in virtualization technologies.
• Deep expertise in VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
• Hands-on experience with SDDC Manager and VCF components.
• Proficiency with vSAN and NSX-T.
• Strong Linux OS level knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with HA, DRS, vMotion, and SVmotion.
• Knowledge of VMware component backups and networking fundamentals.
• Ability to manage depot settings, bundle management, and async patch tools.
• Competency in managing vCenter Link Mode and WAMI.

Preferred Skills

• B.Tech or M.Tech degree.
