Description

You will manage and maintain the organization's virtualization and cloud infrastructure, focusing on VMware stacks and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain VMware ESXi & vCenter (versions 8 & 9) and manage the VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) stack lifecycle.
• Operate SDDC Manager, workload domains, NSX, and vSAN integrations within the VCF environment.
• Execute VMware Lifecycle Manager operations, including upgrades, patching, compliance checks, and HCL validation.
• Support and maintain Dell EMC VxRail HCI clusters across lifecycle events and expansions.
• Develop PowerShell automation for provisioning, reporting, lifecycle management, and monitoring.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in virtualization engineering.
• Proficiency with VMware ESXi and vCenter administration.
• Experience managing VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF).
• Hands-on experience with VxRail and Dell OMIVV.
• Ability to develop automation using PowerShell.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Hyper-V clustering and VM provisioning.
• Experience managing Azure Local / Azure Stack hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes for documentation and change control.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with capacity planning and performance tuning.
• Incident and problem resolution expertise.
