Required Skills 5+ years of experience as a VMware Engineer/Administrator Strong experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter Experience with VMware HA, DRS, vMotion, and Storage vMotion Knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration Experience with SAN/NAS storage and backup solutions Good understanding of networking concepts (VLAN, DNS, TCP/IP) Experience troubleshooting virtualization and infrastructure issues Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Experience with VMware Horizon or NSX Knowledge of PowerCLI or PowerShell scripting VMware certifications (VCP) are a plus
