Description

You will manage and maintain core virtualization infrastructure, ensuring high availability and operational stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned systems, platforms, and functional domains.
• Own and manage service requests and incidents, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Provide operational support by responding to alerts and resolving infrastructure incidents.
• Execute planned maintenance, including upgrades, hardware refreshes, and patch management.
• Act decisively on production-impacting issues until full resolution is achieved.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Linux and/or Windows operating systems in enterprise environments.
• Experience administering VMware ESXi and comparable virtualization platforms across multiple hardware environments.
• Experience supporting Active Directory and Exchange in large-scale or production environments.
• Working knowledge of high-availability architectures, clustering, and fault-tolerant system design.
• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools, including alerting and patch management.
• Ability to implement and manage basic network virtualization tasks, including NSX firewall rule modifications.
• Understanding of common infrastructure protocols: SMTP, SNMP, SSL, SSH, and DNS.
• Foundation in networking concepts and technologies, including the OSI model.
