You will develop and deliver software features for large-scale distributed systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software using Java, Python, and Spring Boot.
• Drive feature roadmap items to delivery on schedule.
• Collaborate on the design of large-scale distributed systems.
• Employ test-driven development practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily scrums, and commit to sprint goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, and Spring Boot for web services, build, and testing.
• Experience developing client-server and distributed applications.
• Strong foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and multi-threaded programming.
• Solid object-oriented design skills.
• Experience developing for cloud-based or SaaS solutions.
• DevOps experience involving CI/CD, reliability, scale, monitoring, and live site culture.
• Proficiency in developing for Linux environments.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization.
