Description

You will manage end-to-end virtual machine migrations and administer VMware vSphere and Hyper-V environments.

Responsibilities

• Migrate virtual machines from legacy storage to new storage pods using ESXi servers.
• Administer, support, and troubleshoot VMware vSphere and Hyper-V environments.
• Resolve complex L3 support tickets and coordinate with vendor teams.
• Execute change requests and service tickets using Service Now tools and client templates.
• Automate routine tasks and maintain system health through scripting.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in infrastructure with a focus on virtualization (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V).
• Strong proficiency in Windows and Linux Server operating systems.
• Experience with Active Directory administration and support.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and management.
• Deep knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
