Description

You will own the implementation, management, and high-level support of enterprise VMware virtualization environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage vSphere environments, including vCenter Server, ESXi hosts, and virtual machines.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues while performing performance tuning.
• Monitor system performance to ensure high availability, reliability, and capacity planning.
• Implement security best practices, conduct system audits, and perform vulnerability assessments.
• Develop disaster recovery plans and manage regular backups and replication of virtual machines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in VMware virtualization technologies.
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere.
• Direct experience managing ESXi hosts.
• Proven ability in VMware infrastructure management and optimization.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex technical problems.
• Experience with disaster recovery and data replication strategies.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to L1/L2 support teams.
