Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for Windows Server or Linux environments as part of core infrastructure services.
• Deliver day-to-day operational support for VMware vSphere services, including provisioning, monitoring, capacity tracking, performance support, patch coordination, and availability management.
• Monitor infrastructure services using observability and monitoring tools (metrics, logs, alerts, dashboards) and act through defined support and escalation procedures.
• Execute infrastructure requests and changes using documented, repeatable, and automation-enabled processes; support service transition and migration activities.
• Participate in incident response, service restoration, problem follow-up, and root cause analysis; coordinate with third-party healthcare application vendors during planned and unplanned events.

Skills Required:

• 9 - 11 years of experience in service operations, infrastructure support, or platform engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere operations and administration.
• Strong Windows administration experience and ability to support enterprise infrastructure services.
• Service operations and service management experience, including incident and change execution workflows.
• Cloud exposure with Azure and AWS operations (monitoring, alert handling, backup, or patch support).

Good to Have:

• ITSM/ticketing tools experience (service request handling, incident workflows, change process execution).
• Linux administration experience, including RHEL.

Education: Relevant degree (or equivalent experience) in IT/Computer Science or related field
