Description

You will provide operational support for Windows and Linux environments, managing VMware vSphere services including provisioning, monitoring, capacity tracking, and patch coordination. You will monitor infrastructure using observability tools, execute changes via automation-enabled processes, and lead incident response and root cause analysis activities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day operational support for VMware vSphere, Azure, and AWS infrastructure services.
• Monitor system health using metrics, logs, and alerts, acting through defined escalation procedures.
• Execute infrastructure requests and changes using documented, repeatable, and automation-enabled processes.
• Participate in incident response, service restoration, problem follow-up, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors during planned and unplanned events to ensure service availability.

Required Skills

• 9-11 years of experience in service operations, infrastructure support, or platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere operations and administration.
• Strong Windows Server administration skills.
• Cloud exposure with Azure and AWS operations, including monitoring and patch support.
• Experience with service management workflows, including incident and change execution.
• Linux administration experience, specifically RHEL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools for service request and incident workflows.
