Description

You will manage Windows server infrastructure and VMware virtual environments to ensure system reliability and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Windows server hardware and software infrastructure.
• Monitor VMware virtual environments and troubleshoot performance or connectivity issues.
• Manage Active Directory and Azure AD, including group policy, user accounts, and domain security.
• Execute routine backup operations, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
• Perform system patching, upgrades, and network security implementations to mitigate vulnerabilities.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience administering enterprise Windows Server environments.
• Hands-on experience managing and maintaining VMware virtual server environments.
• Proven ability to install, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise Windows and VMware server and storage systems.
• Experience implementing and managing Active Directory.
• Experience implementing and maintaining server backup solutions.
• Experience automating server management tasks.
• Experience analyzing and troubleshooting enterprise-level computing environments.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting in large production environments.
• Experience managing MS SQL servers, SAN storage, or high-availability (HA) environments.
• Knowledge of Hyper-V, Microsoft Intune, Office 365, and Azure cloud integration.
