Description

Manage and maintain complex virtualized infrastructure environments, ensuring high availability and performance for VDI solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain vSphere components including ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, and vMotion.
• Lead complex server issue mitigation and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Build and maintain Golden Image templates and script ESX server deployments.
• Configure virtual switches, network connections, port groups, and storage solutions.
• Plan and deploy proactive patches, fixes, and infrastructure upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in virtualization infrastructure management.
• Strong expertise in VMware Server, vSphere, and ESXi.
• Hands-on experience with vCenter, vSAN, NSX, and vMotion.
• Proficiency with storage technologies including NAS, SAN, and vSAN.
• Experience configuring Distributed Virtual Switches (DVS) and port groups.
• Solid understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of network and storage technologies.
• Ability to set up and manage VMware High Availability (HA) clusters.

Preferred Skills

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification.
