You will provide Level 3 support and architectural oversight for VMware vRealize Automation environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement vRA solutions, including blueprint development for standard and customized application stacks.
• Integrate vRA with VMware tools (vROps, vSAN, NSX) and third-party IPAM, configuration management, and ticketing systems.
• Manage the full service lifecycle, including upgrades, patching, decommissioning, and self-service portal customization.
• Define governance policies to ensure security, compliance, and efficient resource utilization.
• Provide L3 troubleshooting and collaborate with network, storage, and security teams to resolve complex issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure or virtualization roles.
• Extensive experience with VMware vRealize Automation.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using vRO workflows, PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python.
• Deep understanding of virtualization, cloud concepts, and associated technologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and vRealize Orchestrator (vRO).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and CI/CD principles.
