Description

You will manage all Level 1 Voice Core (NGN) and CS operations for 2G/3G networks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Level 1 Voice Core (NGN) and CS team.
  • Develop and implement strategies and policies for Level 1 Voice Core (NGN).
  • Monitor network performance and implement necessary improvements.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Ensure all operations remain in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Level 1 Voice Core (NGN) and CS.
  • Extensive knowledge of Ericsson elements: CUDB, CSCFs, HSS, HSS-FE, AUC, DNS, MGC, MGW, AS BT, MRF, Mediaserver, NTP, NACF/CLF, EMA, EDA, MTAS, MM, AFG, UDM, UDR, EDA2, NELS, CCD, MSC DB, MSC BC, PTS, HLR, and EIR.
  • Experience with Broadsoft/Cisco elements: AS, DMS, XSIs, UMS, USS, and EWX.
  • Proficiency with Oracle SBCs across fixed access, interconnection, and various platforms.
  • Experience with Huawei SBC access VoLTE and CCUU.
  • Knowledge of Indra company service website, Dekra Pricing Service Mediator, A10 Balancers, and Nokia NACF/CLF.
  • Bachelor's degree in the Telco/IT field or equivalent graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • Direct experience managing complex NGN and CS technology stacks.
