Description

You will manage, optimize, and support IP telephony, voice, video, and mobility solutions across dual environments. You will own the deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization of these systems, ensuring stability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize IP telephony and mobility solutions.
• Design and implement Cisco Unified Communication products and integrate MS Teams with Cisco.
• Administer IP telephony systems, corporate dial plans, and traffic routes to optimize network structure.
• Manage system upgrades, vulnerability patching, and day-to-day maintenance.
• Support junior team members and work independently to meet project requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Voice Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) Version 14.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Systems Products.
• Expertise in IP telephony, voice, and video systems.
• Proven ability to manage dual environments and integrate MS Teams.
• Experience designing and analyzing corporate dial plans and traffic routes.
• Ability to perform vulnerability patching and system upgrades.

Preferred Skills

• Degree or equivalent experience (Any Graduate).
