Description
You will manage and support Session Border Controller technologies to ensure the stability of communication infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Manage, support, and troubleshoot Session Border Controller technologies including Oracle.
- Plan and execute SBC service migrations, upgrades, and platform transitions.
- Administer Linux and Windows Server operating systems and perform database administration.
- Administer telephone exchange systems such as Avaya and Cisco.
- Utilize Power BI for reporting and data insights.
- Maintain system documentation and participate in an on-call rotation.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience managing and supporting Session Border Controller technologies.
- 3+ years of experience administering telephone exchanges such as Avaya or Cisco.
- Experience with Oracle SBCs.
- Proficiency with Linux and Windows Server administration.
- Experience with database administration.
- Experience using Power BI for data analytics.
- Proven track record of executing SBC platform migrations and upgrades.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
Preferred Skills
- Experience configuring and managing SBCs from AudioCodes, Avaya, or Cisco.
