Description

You will manage and support Session Border Controller technologies to ensure the stability of the communication infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and troubleshoot Session Border Controller technologies, including Oracle.
• Plan and execute SBC service migrations, upgrades, and platform transitions.
• Administer Linux and Windows Server operating systems and perform database administration.
• Administer telephone exchange systems such as Avaya and Cisco.
• Maintain system documentation and participate in an on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience managing and supporting Session Border Controller technologies.
• 3+ years of experience administering telephone exchanges such as Avaya or Cisco.
• Experience with Oracle SBCs.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Experience with database administration.
• Experience using Power BI for data analytics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience configuring and managing SBCs from AudioCodes, Avaya, or Cisco.
