Description

You will design, deploy, and maintain voice communication systems and telephony solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy VoIP, PBX, and telephony solutions integrated with existing infrastructure.
• Monitor voice systems to ensure performance, reliability, and security.
• Manage carrier relationships, Hunt and Holler services, and voice recording solutions.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, including deployment, decommissioning, patching, and version control.
• Collaborate with IT, network, and security teams to align systems with security policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IPC engineering and voice communication systems.
• Proficiency with VoIP protocols, SIP, and RTP.
• Experience managing carrier services and Hunt and Holler systems.
• Hands-on experience with voice recording technologies.
• Proven ability to manage patching schedules and version control protocols.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex voice communication issues.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications such as CCNP or CCVP.
