Description

You will design, deploy, and maintain voice communication systems and telephony solutions. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy VoIP, PBX, and telephony solutions integrated with existing infrastructure.
• Monitor voice systems to ensure performance, reliability, and security.
• Manage carrier services, HooT and Holler systems, and voice recording solutions.
• Coordinate the full product life cycle, including deployment, patching, and decommissioning.
• Maintain version control and comprehensive documentation for all configurations and procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IPC engineering and voice communication systems.
• Proficiency with HooT and Holler systems.
• Deep understanding of VoIP protocols, including SIP and RTP.
• Experience managing carrier services and voice recording technologies.
• Hands-on experience with patching processes and version control systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex voice communication issues.
• Experience managing product life cycle protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications such as CCNP or CCVP.
