Description

Design, plan, and manage Cisco Unified Communications network infrastructure and voice gateways.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan Cisco Unified Communications networks.
• Configure and maintain CUCM, Cisco Emergency Responder, and Cisco Unity Connection.
• Administer switching protocols including VLAN, Voice VLAN, VTP, STP, PoE, EtherChannel, and HSRP.
• Handle voice trunking, E1/T1 (CAS, CCS), FXS, and FXO configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in voice engineering.
• Experience with CUCM 11.x and 12.x.
• Experience with Cisco Emergency Responder (CER).
• Expert knowledge of Cisco Unity Connection (Release 10x to 11x).
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Session Border Controller (SBC) and Oracle Enterprise Communications Broker (ECB).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams.
• Expertise in Cisco Voice Gateways, including ISR Routers and Analog gateways.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cisco Unified Contact Centre Express.
