Description

You will act as a core Avaya Subject Matter Expert driving complex Voice and Contact Center technology implementations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Avaya Refresh Project by providing local software and hardware support for integrated configurations.
• Develop and write installation and configuration procedures for Avaya Communication Manager, Application Enable Servers, and Call Manager Servers.
• Manage equipment lifecycle including vendor quoting, ordering, shipping, receiving, and asset management.
• Diagnose and tune QoS, perform bandwidth analysis, and manage complex multi-layered network environments.
• Configure and support call routing, Cisco Unity Connection integration, AES, CMS, and one-X.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Call Center experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in LAN/WAN networking.
• Hands-on knowledge of Avaya ACM, Aspect, NICE voice recording, IVR, dialers, Genesys IVR, and VoIP IVR.
• Strong expertise in Sonus GSX Session Border Controller and SIP/TDM Trunking.
• Proficiency with call flows, vectors, adjunct routing, and system architecture.
• Technical knowledge of ISDN, H.323, H248, MGCP, SIP, RTP/RTCP, and codecs G.729 & g.711.
• Experience with QoS configurations, jitter diagnosis, and bandwidth analysis.
• Understanding of CTI, switches, and routers.
• Degree in Telecommunications, Data Communications, or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Session Manager, AES, and Communication Manager design.
• Specialization in Core Voice Architecture and Integration (Avaya, Genesys, Microsoft Unified).
• Experience configuring voice/UC technologies and leveraging data networks for real-time communications.
