Description

You will manage and maintain Cisco voice and contact center infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
• Administer Cisco Contact Center UCCX or UCCE environments.
• Manage Cisco Webex Cloud technology, including WxC and WxCC.
• Maintain Voice IOS Gateways using H.323 and MGCP protocols.
• Oversee Cisco Emergency Responder (CER), Expressway, and Unified Border Element (CUBE) with SIP Trunking.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience in VoIP and IP telephony.
• 5+ years of experience with Cisco CUCM and Cisco CUC.
• 3+ years of experience with Cisco IM & Presence Server and Cisco Jabber.
• 3+ years of experience with Cisco UCCX or UCCE.
• 3+ years of experience with Cisco Webex Cloud (WxC and WxCC).
• Experience with Calabrio Call recording.
• Experience with Voice IOS Gateways, H.323, and MGCP.
• Experience with Cisco CER, Expressway, CUBE, and SIP Trunking.
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN technologies and IP addressing.
