Description

You will manage and maintain Mitel voice infrastructure and telephony systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Mitel VOIP PBX 3000 Series hardware.
• Manage Mitel VOIP ACD systems to ensure call routing efficiency.
• Maintain and optimize Mitel IVR workflows.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues within the VOIP environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in telephony or voice engineering.
• Extensive experience with Mitel VOIP PBX 3000 Series.
• Hands-on expertise with Mitel VOIP ACD systems.
• Proficiency in configuring Mitel IVR.
• Deep understanding of VOIP protocols and architecture.
• Proven experience managing PBX systems.
• Degree from any graduate program.
