You will manage operations and expansion of user-facing capabilities within a Webex-based Unified Communications environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize user collaboration experiences across compute and network layers.
• Develop toolsets and telemetry to monitor Webex component health and parse system logs.
• Implement BOTs and alternate solutions to address feature gaps in standard Webex products.
• Resolve escalated support tickets within the UCC domain and identify new use cases through end-user interactions.
• Collaborate with UX and service desk teams to provide proactive communications, training, and documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in voice or unified communications engineering.
• CCNP Collaboration certification.
• Proficiency across the Webex suite, including Webex Control Hub and Cisco Directory Connector.
• Strong understanding of hybrid Webex/UCC environments and Office 365 on cloud.
• Intermediate IP networking knowledge and Quality of Service (QoS) application.
• Experience with troubleshooting tools including Wireshark, Fiddler, and Wbx Tracer.
• Ability to manage security tasks such as CSR generation and certificate expiration.
• Familiarity with REST/XML APIs and scripting for system enhancements.
• Experience writing Standard Operating Procedures and Knowledge Articles.
