Description
You will design and develop VoIP services for ONT and home devices.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop VoIP service features for ONT and home devices.
- Own the full development lifecycle including unit testing and functional testing.
- Debug and fix software defects to maintain service stability.
- Support and maintain existing voice service implementations.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in C and C++ development within multi-process and multi-threaded environments.
- Deep understanding of VoIP protocols including SIP/H248, T38, SIP over TCP, and VoLTE.
- Experience with voice quality, QoS, DSP, voice codecs, RTP/RTCP, and RFC2833.
- Proficiency with management protocols such as OMCI and TR098/TR104.
- Knowledge of RJ11 and Z-interface specifications.
- Hands-on experience with debugging tools including SIPp, Wireshark, Valgrind, and GDB.
- Understanding of SoC architectures (32-bit and 64-bit) and associated toolchains.
- Strong grasp of Linux, IPC techniques, user space, and kernel space.
- Working knowledge of IPv4/IPv6 addressing, TCP/IP, and L2/L3 routing.
- Any Graduate degree.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with GPON technologies.
