Description

Lead technical solutioning and development within the Dev Engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop technical solutions within a lab environment.
• Perform proof of concept testing for new deployments.
• Manage large enterprise SIP deployments and complex call routing.
• Troubleshoot SIP traffic using Wireshark and other VoIP analyzer tools.
• Deploy and manage transcoding, TLS, and SRTP protocols.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in VoIP engineering.
• Expertise in Ribbon PSX and SBC.
• Expert-level SIP troubleshooting and protocol analysis.
• Experience with TLS and SRTP deployment.
• Intermediate experience with OpenSIPS, Kamailio, or Asterisk.
• Intermediate experience with AWS or Azure cloud technologies.
• Intermediate experience with Genesys platforms.
• Intermediate experience with SIP recording (SIPRREC).
• Foundational knowledge of WebRTC technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CUCM.
