Description

You will manage and maintain Cisco unified communications and IP telephony infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unity Connection (CUC) environments.
  • Manage Cisco IM & Presence Server and Cisco Jabber deployments.
  • Support Cisco Contact Center operations using UCCX or UCCE.
  • Configure and maintain Cisco Webex Cloud technology, including WxC and WxCC.
  • Oversee Voice IOS Gateways utilizing H.323 and MGCP protocols.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of IT experience specializing in VoIP and IP telephony.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco UC Manager / Call Manager (CUCM).
  • 5+ years of experience with Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
  • 3+ years of experience with Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) and Cisco Jabber.
  • 3+ years of experience with Cisco Contact Center UCCX or UCCE.
  • 3+ years of experience with Cisco Webex Cloud technology (WxC and WxCC).
  • Experience with Calabrio Call recording.
  • Experience with Voice IOS Gateways using H.323 and MGCP.
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
