You will manage and maintain Cisco unified communications and IP telephony infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Administer Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unity Connection (CUC) environments.
- Manage Cisco IM & Presence Server and Cisco Jabber deployments.
- Support Cisco Contact Center operations using UCCX or UCCE.
- Configure and maintain Cisco Webex Cloud technology, including WxC and WxCC.
- Oversee Voice IOS Gateways utilizing H.323 and MGCP protocols.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of IT experience specializing in VoIP and IP telephony.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco UC Manager / Call Manager (CUCM).
- 5+ years of experience with Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
- 3+ years of experience with Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) and Cisco Jabber.
- 3+ years of experience with Cisco Contact Center UCCX or UCCE.
- 3+ years of experience with Cisco Webex Cloud technology (WxC and WxCC).
- Experience with Calabrio Call recording.
- Experience with Voice IOS Gateways using H.323 and MGCP.
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
