Description

You will design, implement, and support VoIP systems and services in Lisle, IL.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support VoIP infrastructure.
• Configure VoIP gateways, PBX systems, and SIP trunks.
• Monitor and optimize system performance and call quality.
• Troubleshoot VoIP issues and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with network engineers to optimize traffic.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technologies.
• Proficiency in VoIP system design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of SIP, RTP, and H.323 protocols.
• Hands-on experience with PBX systems.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
