Description
You will manage and maintain VoIP-based turrets on the trade floor.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain VoIP-based turrets within the trading environment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues using Wireshark and product logs.
- Provide technical support for migrations and system changes.
- Triage major incidents and lead incident response calls.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in VoIP and SIP technologies.
- Proficiency with Cisco, Avaya, Asterisk, or Alcatel platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Session Border Controllers (SBC).
- Experience managing Microsoft Teams and Azure environments.
- Knowledge of Voice Gateways such as VEGA.
- Familiarity with E1/T1 technologies and analogue roles.
- Experience with BT Trade product suite, including Verba Voice recording.
- Strong analytical skills for log and packet analysis.
- Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
Preferred Skills
- CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE certifications.
