Description

You will manage and maintain VoIP-based turrets on the trade floor, ensuring system stability and rapid incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain VoIP-based turrets within the trading environment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using Wireshark and product logs.
• Provide technical support for migrations and system changes.
• Triage major incidents and lead incident response calls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in VoIP and SIP technologies.
• Proficiency with Cisco, Avaya, Asterisk, or Alcatel platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Session Border Controllers (SBC).
• Experience managing Microsoft Teams and Azure environments.
• Knowledge of Voice Gateways such as VEGA.
• Familiarity with E1/T1 technologies and analogue roles.
• Experience with BT Trade product suite, including Verba Voice recording.
• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE certifications.
