You will design, build, and maintain communication systems and VoIP infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage VoIP infrastructures and communications systems.
• Execute network design, installation, and systems engineering tasks.
• Handle hardware integration, systems architecture, and system modeling.
• Maintain proactive documentation of all technical work and use ticketing systems like IT Now.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working on IT VoIP projects.
• Experience with CUCM.
• Proficiency in network design and network installation.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering and systems architecture.
• Practical knowledge of switching, routing, and firewalls.
• Ability to manage hardware design, build, and integration.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP certification.
• CCNA certification.
