You will build and maintain conversational AI solutions integrated with VOIP systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build conversational chatbots using AI Agent capabilities for VOIP user interactions.
• Integrate AI workflows and APIs with VOIP infrastructures like Cisco Call Manager or SIP-based systems.
• Develop real-time conversation logic supporting speech recognition (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS).
• Design dialog flow architecture, NLP tuning, and fallback handling for voice and chat scenarios.
• Monitor and optimize latency, audio quality, and AI response times for real-time VOIP conversations.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in chatbot, conversational AI, or VOIP software development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js or Python for bot logic and backend services.
• Hands-on expertise building with enterprise APIs and conversational design.
• Proficiency with VOIP technologies, including Cisco Unified Communications.
• Experience with speech technologies such as Google Speech-to-Text, Amazon Polly, or Azure Cognitive Speech Services.
• Familiarity with NLP platforms like Dialogflow or Rasa.
• Understanding of OAuth, REST APIs, and WebSockets for integration.
• Experience integrating bots with CRM/ITSM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow).
