Description

You will lead the strategy and execution of client solutions to drive retention, growth, and long-term engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to align client solutions with business goals and market trends.
• Lead and mentor a team of account managers and solution architects, setting clear KPIs and objectives.
• Partner with sales, product development, and IT to design tailored, scalable solutions and customized proposals.
• Oversee the implementation of client projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for major client issues and monitor satisfaction metrics to mitigate risks.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting for client solution projects and monitor account profitability.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in client relationships and client engagement.
• Proven track record in developing client proposals and solution pitches.
• Experience working closely with product development and IT departments to design tailored solutions.
• Expertise in client management and solution delivery.
• Ability to manage seamless service delivery across multiple departments.
• Experience in continuous improvement and regularly evaluating processes for efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or Information Systems.
