Description

Lead the strategy and execution of client solutions to drive retention and growth. You will own the end-to-end delivery of tailored solutions while mentoring a team of account managers and solution architects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies that align client solutions with business goals and market trends.
• Lead and mentor account managers and solution architects, setting clear KPIs and objectives.
• Partner with sales, product development, and IT to design scalable solutions and customized proposals.
• Oversee client project implementation to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting for client solution projects and monitor account profitability.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in client relationships and client engagement.
• Proven track record in developing client proposals and solution pitches.
• Experience working closely with product development and IT departments to design tailored solutions.
• Expertise in client management and solution delivery.
• Ability to manage seamless service delivery across multiple departments.
• Experience in continuous improvement and regularly evaluating processes for efficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or Information Systems.
