Lead the strategy and end-to-end delivery of tailored client solutions to drive retention and growth.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies aligning client solutions with business goals and market trends.
• Lead, mentor, and set clear KPIs for a team of account managers and solution architects.
• Partner with sales, product development, and IT to design scalable, customized proposals.
• Oversee client project implementation to ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and profitability monitoring for client solution projects.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in client relationships, engagement, and management.
• Proven track record in developing client proposals and solution pitches.
• Expertise in solution delivery and managing seamless service across multiple departments.
• Experience working closely with product development and IT to design tailored solutions.
• Ability to continuously evaluate processes for efficiency and implement improvements.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, IT, or Information Systems.
