Description

Lead the architectural design and implementation of an enterprise data platform supporting AI and data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data platform architecture to support enterprise-wide artificial intelligence and data initiatives.
• Build, manage, and mentor engineering and data science teams.
• Drive data integrations to consolidate disparate sources into a centralized platform.
• Oversee deployment, maintenance, and optimization of data platform infrastructure.
• Evaluate and select data tools based on technical requirements and enterprise goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering.
• 5+ years of experience leading data engineering teams.
• Strong grasp of data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing.
• Proficiency with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform.
• Knowledge of AWS data services, including machine learning and AI capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Microstrategy.
