Description

Manage all country-level operations in the Philippines, overseeing departments to meet revenue, profit, cash, and quality targets.

Plan, budget, and oversee all departmental operations within the country. Develop detailed annual business operating plans and set monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and profit targets. Produce monthly and quarterly business performance reports for upper management.

Recruit, manage, mentor, and train staff while monitoring performance. Collaborate with departmental heads to align operational scope and direction with company vision.
