You will lead sales growth for the Infrastructure Engineering business unit, focusing on IT services and technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team by setting clear targets, providing coaching, and ensuring professional growth.
- Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, networking, and partner or channel development.
- Own the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
- Engage with CXOs and IT decision-makers to position solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to align offerings with customer requirements.
Required Skills
- 15+ years of sales experience, with 7+ years in B2B IT services sales and at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of selling end-to-end infrastructure engineering and product engineering offerings.
- Deep understanding of IT services including cloud solutions, application development, digital transformation, and cybersecurity.
- Experience selling infrastructure engineering services to clients such as HPE, NetApp, Cisco, Nutanix, Cohesity, Rubrik, or Pure Storage.
- Expertise in selling various outsourcing and offshoring engagement models.
- Established relationships with key stakeholders in Hi-Tech, Storage, and Networking verticals.
- Experience managing sales pipelines within CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in consultative selling around AI & ML offerings.
- Familiarity with RFP/RFI processes and methodologies like SPIN or Challenger.
- Sales background in MedTech, Semiconductor manufacturing, BFSI, healthcare, or retail.
