Description

You will lead sales operations and strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base within the telecom sector.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new logos and secure new engineering and deployment projects from telecom OEMs and service providers.
• Grow existing accounts through strategic planning and revenue growth initiatives.
• Build and manage an effective sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
• Navigate complex client organizational structures to establish connections with key decision-makers.
• Travel as required to meet with clients and manage business development.

Required Skills

• Minimum 15 years of sales experience specifically within the telecom industry.
• Proven track record selling engineering services.
• Deep expertise in ORAN services, Cloud architecture, Automation, and IMS services.
• Technical knowledge of RF and Fiber design, routing and switching, and 5G services.
• Experience with Enterprise p5G end-to-end solutioning, NFV, WiFi, and DAS design.
• Familiarity with lab validation, integration, commissioning, and NOC services.
• Understanding of Cyber security and Data center/Edge data center design and deployment.
• Strong network of existing connections within at least one Tier-1 Service Provider and top OEMs in wireline, wireless, or fiber domains.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
