Description

Lead US IT staffing sales operations during EST hours (07:00 PM - 04:30 AM IST).

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition to expand the US staffing portfolio.
• Manage and mentor the sales team to meet performance targets.
• Execute lead generation strategies to build a consistent sales pipeline.
• Conduct cold calling campaigns to engage prospective clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in sales or business development.
• Proven track record in lead generation and new client acquisition.
• Extensive experience with cold calling techniques.
• Direct experience in team management and mentoring.
• Ability to work US EST hours (07:00 PM - 04:30 AM IST).
