Description

You will provide technical analysis, user documentation, and change coordination for legacy .NET applications and new enterprise solutions. You will analyze and translate business user needs into functional and technical requirements, decomposing them into testable system requirements for development and testing. You will interact with agency customers daily to provide guidance on .NET application usage and development, designing technical solutions to improve operational efficiencies. You will support and expand the existing base system through implementation, maintenance, and support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system analysis.
• Proficiency with MS Dynamics CRM or xRM, COTS packages, and .NET.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft technologies.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and workflows.
• Experience working with diversified stakeholders to understand project needs.
• Ability to design technical solutions and manage the full application lifecycle.
• Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with testing scripts, system testing, use cases, or logical data flows.
• Public sector background or experience.
